The Law of Thinking

"As a man thinketh in his heart so is he". Prov.23:7

I used to read this and it didn't really make sense to me until I began on my path of personal growth and began studying  Working With The Law by Raymond Holliwell through the coaching of Bob Proctor and Mary Morrissey.

After studying the chapter of The Law of Thinking I understood. So if I'm thinking negative thoughts and reacting negatively to the things that happen during the day - you can pretty much count on the fact that I am or will become a negative type personality. Of course the opposite is true, if I can put a positive spin on my thoughts and reactions then I will have a positive outlook on life. Hence the "so is he".

I have been on both sides. I did not enjoy myself or my life from the negative side.  Others didn't either. Also, I attracted negative things and situations. It wasn't working. I decided to make the switch.

At first it was a bit of a challenge, I'll admit.  You have to be on a mental "diet" of negativity. Be able to catch yourself. It will get easier and then it will become part of your personality.  It is simply creating a new habit. But with a little awareness and self talk, I can assure you the changes you will net will be multiplied many times over. You will see your life change. Other people will sense a shift in you. When you are positive, so much more is possible. You have a lighter hold on things. One way to understand how to make this shift easier is this....everything in life just "is" they are neither positive or negative. It is our reaction to them that make them what they are. How we internalize things and events. How we perceive them. It's all about your perception and everyone has a a view from a different angle.  One is not right or wrong....just different.

May your day be filled with the light of spirit.
