 Part 8

 A Series Created For You On Motivation

Here Are Some More Ideas In This Eighth and Last Of A Series On Motivation:

12. And Finally

Don't put it off any longer, trying to find the right time in your life to begin. There isn't any right time except for now. Now is all you have, do it now. Fear might pop up and expect that it will, but realize it for what it is and move through, under, over, past and around it. Fear only has the power that you give it. You will feel fear especially when you move from your comfort zone. That is what growth is about. A good purposeful exercise is to do one thing everyday that takes you out of your comfort zone. If talking to a stranger is uncomfortable for you, do that thing.

Destintation = Goal

Destination = Goal

Be prepared for failing. Even the greatest person fails. This is just how it works. We are human and make mistakes we work through trial and error. This is a good thing.  An airplane on auto pilot makes its way to its charted destination by way of continually failing in wandering off course and repositioning itself. We do this too. This is why we set goals. We know where we want to go so we set the destination. You know when you've gone off course so you adjust. This is a process throughout our life. View any failures as adjustments to your final destination. Don't view them as failures -- they are not failures.

Take a step now, just do it. And every day another and another and before too long you will see that you really can and you really are building towards your goal.

Use a practice of gratitude. You can write a daily list. Five things you're grateful for that are in the present and five things that you want to see in the future, but state them as if they are in the present. You can also just take gratitude breaks through the day. Just stop and look around, look inside yourself and take note of what you are grateful for. When you do this you see there is so much that you have, that there is already abundance flowing in your life.

Last but not the least -- enjoy it. It's a journey not a destination. Enjoy the process and don't get caught up in the final outcome.

Thanks for getting through this series.  Let me know with your comments what you do to stay motivated! I look forward to hearing how you do it.

To your abundant life,

Judith
